Smile.io + TargetBay reviews integration

TargetBay reviews has native integration with Smile.io. This means if your customers write a review in TargetBay, you can reward them with points in their Smile.io account. Please follow these steps to integrate your Smile.io account with TargetBay:

1. Please log into your Smile.io account and go to integrations. Find and install "TargetBay Product Review" app.

2. It will redirect to the Smile.io account where you will have to login.

3. Sign-in with your Smile.io credentials

4. After the successful login, you will be redirected to App connect screen. Please click on the "Connect" button.

5. It will redirect to Smile.io Account “Authorize” screen. Please click on the "Authorize" button for connecting Smile.io and TargetBay accounts.

6. Please log in to your TargetBay account with your credentials (if not already logged in).

7. TargetBay will automatically take you to the page where you can see the access token and account ID.

8. On the settings page, you can control when the reward points should be added after the review is published or after it is submitted.

9. To create Points in the Smile.io dashboard follow the steps below

a. Go to Program → Points

b. Click - Add ways to earn button

c. Add points for each activity listed above by clicking the corresponding title under SMILE APPS

  • Submit Product Review

  • Submit Site Review

  • Submit Picture Review

Now you will be able to see the list of ways to earn points in the Smile.io widget on your website.

10. Now registered users will receive reward points for submitting product reviews, site reviews, and picture reviews.

11. You will see the points added to a specific customer when you go to this URL

Click on any customer to check reward point details like below:
