With TargetBay, you can reward your customers with loyalty points for leaving reviews on your website. With this integration, you can start giving points for every site, product, picture, and video review left by your customers for your store.
Steps to integrate BayRewards with BayReviews:
STEP 1: On your Shopify store, go to Apps - search for BayRewards, and install the app.
STEP 2: Once installed, navigate to the BayRewards app and select the Integrations option on the Dashboard.
STEP 3: Install the BayReviews app from the apps section.
STEP 4: The Client ID and the Client Secret will be generated once the app is installed on BayRewards.
STEP 5: This Client ID is used as the API token to authenticate and connect with BayReviews.
Note:
Similarly, Install the TargetBay Product Reviews app in the Shopify store if you haven’t installed it already.
STEP 6: Unders Reviews & QA, Select the Integrations option in the BayReviews Dashboard.
STEP 7: From the list of integrations available, install BayRewards
STEP 8: Enter the Client ID as API Token, which was generated while installing the BayRewards app, then click Save Option.
You have successfully completed the integration.
STEP 9: On your BayRewards dashboard, click on the option Points. Now click on the option Add new rule to earn to customize rewards points for leaving reviews.
STEP 10: You can Customize your Reward points by adding rules to earn points. Under the option user-generated content, you can Customize your Reward points by adding rules to earn points.
