Encourage your customers to perform more actions on your website and incentivize them for every action with BayRewards. Get complete details about the types of customers, points they have earned, ways to earn and redeem them, and referral links in this article.
Step-by-step Guide:
Login to your BayRewards Dashboard
Click on “Customers” on the left side menu to see the list of your customers and their types, points they have earned, referrals they have made, and their VIP tiers.
a. Types of customers: They are divided into three types: customers, guests, and excluded customers.
Note 1: Customers who have created an account are registered users, while those who haven’t are guests.
Note 2: Excluded customers: You can exclude a customer from the loyalty program. If a customer login from that email ID (which you have excluded), he won’t find the loyalty program widget nor be able to access any benefits.
3. Customers and guests earn points for every action they perform on the website
Disclaimer: Points earned by the guests can be accessed only if they create an account with the store.
4. After signing in to the store, you can see a widget on the web page → click on it to see the complete details of the points and referral link.
a. Customer points: At the top of the widget are the total points customers have earned for their actions with the store.
b. Ways to earn points: Customers earn points for every rule you’ve created(from creating an account, purchasing, sharing reviews, social sharing, and more).
c. Ways to redeem: Customers can redeem points into offers/discounts.
5. Referral link: The link can be seen in the widget right below the way to redeem → the link is easy to copy and share with your family/friends.
Note: The referrer is rewarded once the referred person purchases through the referral link.
