Returning Loyalty Points Post Redemption or Purchase

Customers use their hard-earned loyalty points and purchase, only to realize later that they've made a wrong purchase decision. Imagine the frustration of losing their points permanently.

With BayRewards, you can eliminate customer frustration and delight customers with our unique “Return point” feature.

How to Return Points to Loyal Customers?

Step 1: Log into the BayRewards app store by entering the correct credentials. (To access the BayRewards app store, https://auth.bayrewards.io/login)

Step 2: On the BayRewards dashboard, click the “Customers” option in the left-hand side menu.

Step 3: Search for specific customer by entering their name or email address and choose the relevant customer profile.

Step 4: In the "Activity" section, click the "Rewards" tab. Select the reward you want to return points for and click “Return points.”

Note💡:

  • All rewards irrespective of the coupon status(Used or Unused), are eligible for return points; you can make a return at your discretion.

  • Points that have already been returned cannot be returned again.

Step 5: In the points section, you can confirm the return of the points associated with the redeemed reward.
