Steps to create a Review - Thank You Email (site, product reviews, and QA)

STEP 1: Log into TargetBay’s dashboard by clicking on the URL https://app.targetbay.com/

STEP 2: Enter your credentials and login into your account. New users can sign up for an account by pressing the sign-up button in the top right corner

STEP 3: After logging into your account, select the option Reviews & QA from the dashboard page and then click on Features

STEP 4: Scroll down to find the review tool Review - Thank You Email

STEP 5: Select Review - Thank You Email to view a default thank you email template for all the categories like a product review, site review, or Q&A thank you email

Note:

  • A default product review thank you email will be sent to the customer as soon as a customer leaves a review

  • For customized review thank you emails, design your template and then turn the push button so that the default template will be paused.

STEP 6: PRODUCT REVIEW THANK YOU EMAIL

A. Select the category Product Review Thank You Email from the top of the page

B. Fill in the basic information like From Name, From Email, Reply To, Preview Text, and The Subject of your Product Review Email and click Next

C: With the help of the available widgets, customize your template to change its look and feel of the template.

NOTE: These templates have different tags and placeholders that you can modify according to your needs

D: Preview the template before turning on the push button and then press Finish to create a successful Product Review Thank You Email.

STEP 7: SITE REVIEW THANK YOU EMAIL

A. Select the category Site Review Thank You Email from the top of the page

B. Fill in the basic information like From Name, From Email, Reply To, Preview Text, and The Subject of your Product Review Email and click Next

C: With the help of the available widgets, customize your template to change its look and feel of the template.

NOTE: These templates have different tags that you can modify according to your needs

D: Preview the template before turning on the push button and then press Finish to create a successful Site Review Thank You Email.

STEP 8: Q&A THANK YOU EMAIL

A. Select the category Q&A Thank You Email from the top of the page

B. Fill in the basic information like From Name, From Email, Reply To, Preview Text, and The Subject of your Product Review Email and click Next

C: With the help of the available widgets, customize your template to change the look and feel of the template

NOTE: These templates have different tags and placeholders that can modify according to your needs

D: Preview the template before turning on the push button, and then press Finish to create a successful Q&A Thank You Email.
