Campaign - Overview Page:
This page gives you a list of all the campaigns that have been created. This provides an overview of all the campaigns with some important details like Emails Delivered, Open Rate, Clicks, Orders, Sales etc.
Create New Campaign: This button is used to create new campaigns. To know more about creating a campaign, click here.
Filter option can be used to filter and list specific campaigns.
Recent: Recently launched campaigns will be available at the top of the list.
Ongoing: Ongoing campaigns will be filtered and shown in this list. All other campaigns will not be available.
Paused: This filter shows you all the paused campaigns in your list
Draft: Campaigns that have been created but not completed form drafted campaigns. Drafts are incomplete campaigns which have to be completed.
Completed: This filters all the completed campaigns in your list
The dots at the right of each campaign contain other options related to your campaign.
Edit: This is used to edit your campaigns. You can make changes to your campaign before it has started.
Note: Once a campaign has been initialized, you cannot make changes to a campaign.
Replicate: Replicate option is used to replicate an email campaign. You can create a copy of your email campaign and send it either to the same set of customers or to a different set of customers.
Delete: This is used to delete your campaign. Once you delete a completed campaign, data tracking related to that campaign will also be lost.
Follow Up: This is used to send a follow up email to your customers. You can send the same email back to your customers. Otherwise, you can make changes to your email by choosing new template and then send it as a follow up based on your customer’s actions such as opens, clicks etc. To know more about follow-ups, click here.
When you click on a campaign, it takes you to the detailed report page. This detailed report gives a complete
Title of the campaign is mentioned at the top with its current status. Status can be any one of the following - Completed, Ongoing, Paused. It also contains the list of customers who are recipients of this campaign. Email Sent Time is mentioned at the top right.
‘View Email’ button takes you to the email content of this campaign. With this link, you can see your email that has been sent to your subscribers.
Total Orders: This gives you insights about the total number of orders that have been placed through this campaign. Customers read this campaign, click the links that are present inside. Then they visit your website and make purchases.
Total Revenues: This gives you the total sales value through this campaign. Whenever orders are placed, they get tracked. So, total sales value is taken together and shown in this field.
Average Order Value: Average Order Value is total revenues divided by total orders. This provides details about the average order value from your orders.
When you click ‘Total Orders’, it opens another page that contains details about all your orders placed through your campaign. Similarly, ‘Average Order Value’ and ‘Total Revenue’ are other links that provide details about all the orders that have been placed.
Delivered: Total number of emails delivered is shown here. Delivery rate is the ratio of total number of emails delivered to total number of emails sent.
Open Rate: It is the ratio of the total number of emails opened by subscribers to the total number of emails delivered. A healthy open rate is essential to increase conversion and order value. It helps you to analyze the impact of your email content, subject line and your campaign.
ClickThrough Rate: This gives you insights about the total number of clicks on your email. It is the ratio of the total number of clicks to the total number of emails that have been delivered.
Bounced: Bounce Rate gives you the ratio of total number of emails bounced to the total number of emails sent.
Unsubscribed: Unsubscription rate is calculated based on the total number of subscribers who unsubscribed from your list.
Complaints: Total complaints are also captured and showcased in the dashboard.
Conversion: Conversion rate provides the total number of converted customers from your targeted audiences
Sales: This is the total amount of sales that happened through this email campaign
Top Links Clicked:
All the links that have been clicked are mentioned here at the bottom of the dashboard. You can identify the images and text data that led to maximum clicks. This can be used to improve you future email campaigns.
