A dashboard is a key information display page that tracks, visualizes data and provides deep insights into different KPIs. These KPIs and metrics are critical for the functioning of an organization. It provides a broad overview of key parameters that help you to take quick decisions. Visual representations can be in the form of charts, images, graphs and reports. TargetBay dashboard provides deep insights into reviews, emails, recommendations, ads, popups that enable you to increase sales, traffic and brand visibility.

Primary Dashboard:

Primary Dashboard displays data points from all our existing products - reviews, emails, pop ups, ads and recommendations. For individual products, a detailed view leads to reports that contain more detailed charts and data.

Note: Dashboard data is available for products that you have subscribed for. For example, if you have subscribed only for reviews, charts of other products remain locked. To try out other products, click here to talk to our e-commerce experts.

Notifications:

This displays key information that require your attention. You may have pending reviews that require approval. There may be some questions from your customers that require answering. All these points that require your attention are displayed in the notification tab.

Total Orders:

At the top of the dashboard, key metrics are displayed. It gives you details about the total number of orders that happened by using TargetBay app. If you want to view the number of orders that occurred during a specific period of time, it can be achieved by using the ‘select date’ field at the top right corner.

Abandoned Cart Rate:

This displays the percentage of transactions that didn’t complete after adding items to cart. A high abandoned cart rate is a clear red signal for e-commerce stores as customers show interest in purchasing products but do not complete their orders.

Total Sales:

This represents the total revenues generated by using TargetBay. This is a cumulative sum of revenues from all our products - reviews, emails, pop ups, ads and recommendations. As you collect more reviews, products get more traffic. This automatically increases sale of reviewed products. Similarly, emails are interactive and engage with your customers to buy more from your store. Retargeting ads are unique in TargetBay, as user generated content such as reviews can be used in ads to obtain more visitors and customers.

Reviews have a chart allocated within primary dashboard.

Product Reviews

Products with reviews tend to attract more traffic and therefore, higher sales. Dashboard displays the total number of product reviews collected using TargetBay. Based on the timeline selected, it displays data for specific number of days, months or years. This helps you to compare the number of reviews collected across different periods and assess whether your products are getting enough attention.

Site Reviews

Site reviews are reviews written about your website. Customers typically write about their shopping experience, site’s performance etc. This is extremely important to get ranked in Search Engines. This data shows the number of site reviews collected for a specific time frame. Again, you can compare data across different time periods (say a month on month comparison, quarter on quarter comparison etc). 

Total Orders through TargetBay:

A dashboard gives you a snapshot of the number of orders generated through reviews. A high percentage of customers read reviews and then purchase products. Reviews convert visitors and prospects into real buyers. Customers also read site reviews, click through them and then place orders. Total orders placed through TargetBay reviews is displayed in this field.

Detailed View:

This gives you more information about reviews.

Total Clicks:

This gives you data about the total number of clicks by customers/visitors on reviews widget. Customers prefer to read reviews before making a decision to purchase. So, reviews widget helps you to utilize user generated content and convert more sales.

Total User Clicks:

This contains the number of unique users who clicked on the reviews widget. This gives you a fair idea of the number of users who are actually interested to read more about the product through reviews.

Total Orders:

This is the total number of orders happened through reviews. Customers click reviews, read them and then take a decision to purchase or not. Orders are placed when they are convinced about the product through its reviews.

Total Sales:

This is the total monetary value through orders. Sales value of the total number of orders is mentioned here.

Total Emails Sent:

This gives you the total number of emails that have been sent to request reviews from customers. This includes all types of emails - Mail After Shipment and Targeted Review Requests. Total Reviews against emails sent gives you an idea of the review conversion ratio through emails.

Reviews Collected:

This data contains the total number of reviews that have been collected through TargetBay platform. As the total number of reviews increases, sales will also increase.

Reviewed Users:

A user might have written multiple reviews. ‘Reviewed Users’ gives you details about the total number of unique users who have reviewed in your platform.

Reviews Collected from Emails:

Reviews are collected through two different sources - emails and widget. Total reviews collected through emails is present in this data point.

Reviews Collected through Widget:

This contains the total number of reviews that have been collected through widgets. Customers write reviews when they visit your website again.

No of Products Reviewed:

This gives you the total number of products with reviews. If we look at data, products with reviews tend to sell more when compared to products without any reviews.

Mail After Shipment - Mail Opened:

Whenever a customer places an order, an automated email is triggered requesting customers to write reviews. This email is called ‘Mail After Shipment’. It can be sent immediately or it can be sent after a few days by changing settings. ‘Mail Opened’ gives the total number of emails that have been opened.

Mail After Shipment - Mail Bounced:

Mail Bounced gives you the total number of emails that didn’t reach the inbox of customers and bounced instead. A higher ratio is something to worry. If emails don’t reach customers, then it won’t convert into reviews. Hence, it is essential to ensure that you have verified emails of customers.

Mail After Shipment - Mail Unsubscribed:

Mail Unsubscribed gives you details about the total number of customers who unsubscribed for your emails.

Emails:

Emails help you to build eCommerce customer loyalty and engagement. TargetBay emails help you to build campaigns that are tailor-made for each and every shopper in your database. Targetbay even lets you segment and email customers based on their shopping behavior. Dashboard gives you a detailed explanation of email related data. Email Triggers, Customer Segmentation, Campaign related information are all pictorially represented in dashboard through graphs, charts and data points.

Custom Date Range:

Custom date range helps you to select a specific time period and look for email related statistics for that time frame. Monthly, daily, quarterly and yearly data can be seen through this custom date range field.

No of Emails Triggered:

This represents the total number of emails that have been triggered through TargetBay emails. Emails are triggered based on campaigns. You need to create templates to create triggers. To know more about our email product, click here.

No of Emails Sent:

This data gives you the total number of emails that have been sent through TargetBay.

Total Orders:

Total Orders represent the total number of orders that have been placed through our emails. There are different email triggers such as winback email, abandoned cart email etc. Customers tend to read these emails, then visit your website again and place orders. This increases sales for your products.

Timeline vs Orders, Sales, Emails:

In primary dashboard, x-axis represents timeline - months, days, years. In Y-Axis, you can view different data points such as Total Orders, Sales and Total Number of Emails sent. This gives you proper insights in primary dashboard for emails.

No of Email Triggers For the Month:

This provides data about the total number of emails that have been triggered and sent to customers for this month.

Average Revenue from Email Triggers:

Average revenue represents the average sales value of all orders that have been initiated through TargetBay emails platform.

Total Order Value:

Total Order Value gives you the total order value through all the orders placed through emails.

Mails Opened:

This is an important metric as it represents the total number of emails that have been opened by your customers. As this goes up, sales also increases through emails.

Mails Bounced:

This gives you the total number of emails that bounced without reaching the customer’s inbox. A higher rate is alarming as it might indicate that you have not been able to collect valid email id of customers.

Mails Unsubscribed:

Customers also unsubscribe for email service if they don’t want to receive your emails. This data gives you the total number of users who unsubscribed for email alerts.

Emails can be sent through 3 different ways - campaign, workflow, automators. They are mentioned here in three charts.

No of Emails from Campaign:

Emails help you to create campaigns and send targeted emails to different customer segments. This data point gives you the total number of emails sent through campaigns.

Total Order Value:

Subscribers:

This represents the total number of subscribers obtained through subscription related requests in TargetBay popups.

Recommendations:

Product recommendation is a powerful tool that gives visibility to products that the customer wants in your eCommerce website. The TargetBay recommendation engine has a powerful algorithm which is backed up with real-time data of other customers who have a similar navigation pattern. It helps you to make personalized recommendations to customers to increase their cart value and transaction rate.

Active Recommendations:

This represents the total number of active recommendations that have been created through the recommendations platform.

No of Emails Sent:

This provides data about the total number of emails sent as part of recommendations.

Total No of Orders:

Recommendations help you to connect customers with other products that are relevant to their purchase. Customers tend to follow recommendations, visit your website and place orders. Total number of orders through recommendations engine is displayed here in the dashboard.

Detailed Recommendations:

Detailed view takes you to another page with more insights about recommendations. It lists all the recommendations available in your portal. This contains extensive data that help you to take further decisions based on detailed charts.

Recommendation Status:

Recommendation status is of two types - active and inactive. If you don’t want to use recommendation for some time, it can be marked as ‘inactive’. Similarly, you can set status to ‘active’ for other recommendations.

Clicks:

This gives you the total number of clicks that have been made over recommendations. A higher number indicates that those recommendations are relevant and are in demand. This data helps you to prioritize recommendations and make changes based on the number of clicks.

Conversion:

Conversion gives you the total number of conversions as a percentage of total recommendations. This gives a fair idea of recommendations that work and others that don’t work.

Order Count:

This gives you the total number of orders that have been created through recommendations.

Sales:

This is the total monetary value through orders. Sales value of the total number of orders is mentioned here.

Advertisements:

AdRoll integration is part of TargetBay’s complete 360-degree retargeting solution. This seamless integration helps you to manage your retargeting campaigns from inside TargetBay. There is a proprietary content engine that uses product reviews, coupons and product recommendations in the retargeting ads.

Total Ad Spend:

This value gives you the total money spent on ads. With a single click, it helps you to identify the amount of money that is spent.

Total Impressions:

This represents the total number of impressions of your TargetBay ads.

Total Number of Clicks:

This gives you a clear idea about the number of clicks over your advertisements. This is an important metric that helps you to identify and measure the impact of your advertisement campaigns.

Overall Sales Value:
