How To Setup Win-Back Email?

By pairing the Win-Back email with a small incentive, you can get your lost customers back. Build customer loyalty and improve transaction rate with Win-Back emails.

To send Win-Back Emails —

Log into TargetBay’s dashboard by entering the right credentials

Now click ‘Email’ on the left-side menu.

Under ‘Email’, there are two options: ‘Templates’ and ‘Email triggers’. Click ‘Email triggers’.

Click ‘Create Trigger’. 

Choose ‘Win-Back Emails’ and click ‘Next’ located at the bottom-right corner. 

Create an email trigger name and select the subscribers. Then, choose a start end date. Click ‘Next’. 

In Basic Details’ section, create a name for the workflow and select the user type. Select the date from which the Win-Back email trigger should be sent to the customer. It is recommended not to choose an end date for Win-Back email triggers. 

Select the condition as ‘Days since last visited’. Then, choose the number of days (Eg: 90) for ‘Days since last’, if applicable. 

Select the template that you have created already and choose Save, Save & Close or Publish. 

‘Save’ option will save the workflow and remain in same screen.

‘Save & Close’ option will save the workflow and move to list page.

‘Publish’ will publish the workflow and move to list page.

Once done, go back to ‘Email Triggers’ section and check the created Win-Back trigger.
