Optimize customer data management using BayRewards with its user-friendly customer imports and exports. Easily access data at your convenience, minimizing marketing efforts.
Before we get started, let’s see about the types of customers:
You'll encounter four distinct categories of customers in your program when you navigate to the All Customers drop-down under the Customers section.
Customers:
The shoppers who have created an account for your rewards program on your e-commerce store.
Guests:
The list consists of customers who have yet to create an account with the store.
Excluded:
The list consists of people who have been excluded from the program.
Steps to Effortlessly Export Data From BayRewards:
Step 1: Log in to your BayRwards account.
Step 2: Select Customers from the left-hand side menu to access all customer contacts.
Note💡:
Under the Customers menu, you can get a holistic view of VIP tiers, no. of referrals, and reward points of each customer.
Step 3: Click " Export " in the top right corner to export the customer's data. You can choose how you wish to export contacts from the following options:
Current page - allows you to export contacts from the current page alone.
All customers - allows you to export your entire list of contacts.
Selected customers - allows you to export only the selected list of contacts.
👍Tips to effectively select contacts:
You can select up to 25 contacts. To select more, you can navigate to the next page & select contacts manually using the check box of each contact.
You can sort contacts using the Sort by option on the top right corner.
Step 4: After selecting the options, click on Export Customers. The contacts will be exported as a .csv file.
Step 5: Allow the app to process your export request. The processing time may vary depending on the number of contacts that you are trying to export. Refresh the page and click on the option “Download” to access the .csv file.
Steps to Effortlessly Import Data into BayRewards:
Step 1: Log into your BayRewards account.
Step 2: Select Customers from the left-hand side menu to access all customer contacts.
Step 3: To import new contacts, click the Import option on the top-right corner.
Step 4: Click on the Add file option to add the contacts as a CSV file. Then click on Import customers to import the new contacts into BayRewards.
Note💡:
You can assign tags to each customer on the list. You can later use the tags to filter the contacts.
