Review Carousel is a flexible widget that helps you to display reviews across different places within your site. You can display multiple reviews either horizontally or vertically through a slider. Showcasing reviews using a carousel and targeting customer attention to increase sales is ideal. Create your carousel and post user-generated reviews on your website. Here is how it looks:

STEP 1: Log into TargetBay’s dashboard by clicking on the URL https://app.targetbay.com/

STEP 2:Enter your login credentials and sign in to your account. New users can create an account by clicking the sign-up button in the top right corner.

STEP 3: After logging into your account, select the Reviews & QA option on the menu bar and click on Features.

STEP 4: Scroll down to find the review tool Review Carousel.

STEP 5: Click "Create New" to create a Review carousel. Select All Site + Product or All Site or All Product options according to your preferences.

STEP 6: Give a name for the Carousel Widget. This name will be the title of the carousel while displaying it on your website.

A. In Display settings, select Theme 1 or Theme 2 according to the desired look.

B. Select Horizontal or vertical in the Layout Option.

C. Under the Auto Scroll option, You can opt for web, mobile versions, show total review count & average ratings and Include link to dedicated review page to showcase the reviews.

D. Provide a Link Text and the Page URL option to redirect customers to the dedicated reviews landing page or any specific page on your website.

E. In the Filter option, you can select the type of reviews displayed and the No. of reviews/rows option to decide the count of reviews to be displayed, then choose Next.

STEP 7: You can modify the look and feel of the review widget (background color, font style, font size, and button style) in the Look & Feel settings.

STEP 8: Once you are done with widget settings, click “Save & Publish.” Your Review Carousel has been created successfully.
